Compression Measuring Service for Swollen Arms or Legs

What we offer

We can measure your limbs for compression wear. This service is for those people with swollen arm or legs.
Usually those people who are diagnosed with Lymphoedema, Lipodema or Chronic Oedema.

We can then order them for you and, if available on prescription and you warrant the garment, we can organise an NHS prescription. We can organise remeasuring of your limb every 6 months and the reordering of garments. You are entitled to 2 garments every 6 months on the NHS in the case of a chronic condition such as lymhoedema and lipoedema.

We will discuss with you any accessories you may find useful to help you apply the garment and order these for you.

If you require a ‘made to measure’ or an ‘off the shelf’ garments, you can feel and touch some ‘material swatches’ and choose your preferred one and colour also.

We will help you decide the best type of garment and also the best strength of compression (amount of ‘squeeze’ required/tolerated).

We can also do manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) to help reduce swelling further.We can teach you how to do this yourself if you are interested.
